Welcome to the Institutional Electronic Portfolio information site. We have designed this site to support higher education institutions interested in creating institutional electronic portfolios. This site is just one in a suite of sites supported by eFolioMinnesota and eFolioWorld. The Institutional eFolio is the fourth vertical sponsored by Minnesota State Colleges and Universities. Software development and support is provided under a licensing agree with Avenet, Inc.

An institutional electronic portfolio is an efficient tool to present an electronic snapshot on the academic and operational happenings of an institution. It is also a vehicle to display information, documentation, and resources for program, discipline, or institutional accreditation purposes.

We have organized this site with institutional purposes in mind. You will find information and resources about Program/Discipline accreditation, and AQIP. We have also included links to institutions that have used eFolio Minnesota for these purposes.

Interested in obtaining an institutional, project/program, or eSystems Portfolio template?

Minnesota colleges and universities: contact  Lori Schroeder. Then, watch for an email from eFolio Minnesota that contains your institution's unique URL. After you receive your URL, you can begin to develop your institutional electronic portfolio site! Your institutional e-portfolio offers 75MB of storage space.
